Adorable bungalow located in downtown Coeur d’Alene. Our fully remodeled 1920's home has tons of charm, with all of the luxury amenities you need! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and all that downtown has to offer.

The space
The light filled two bedroom home has everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Coeur d'Alene. The full kitchen includes high end appliances, an espresso machine, and all the cookware you may want. Thoughtful design elements include an oversized couch -- perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring -- a Restoration Hardware king bed with premium bedding, and a walk-in shower with two shower heads. Keyless entry, with your own private code. You'll have access to the entire property. Beyond the house, there is a beautiful backyard to enjoy a meal, have a cup of coffee, or just to take in the fresh air. Additionally, there is two off street parking spots.

Other things to note
While we do our best to shovel the walkways and driveway after a snow storm, we have no control over the city plowing. Please carry chains if you don't have a 4x4 and be prepared for winter conditions on the property and roads (possible October-May).

Neighborhood highlights

Sanders Beach is a beautiful, tree lined neighborhood. Sanders public beach is a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute bike ride) from the house. Near there you'll also find the Tubbs Hill trail, an easy 2 mile loop with beautiful views of the lake.

The house is a block from the Iron Man race course, walking distance to the Resort for summer and winter festivities, and just two short blocks off Sherman Avenue where all the fun takes place throughout the year. We are also about a 5 minute drive to the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course and the Hagadone Event Center.
