The space
In our beachfront property, we only have 2 listings.
The casita, good for 4pax max and the 2br villa, good for 14 pax max. They are about 40meters away from each other.
Both facing the sea.
We don't have common areas for sharing except the pathway leading to the beach.
Plenty of space for distancing.

Please note that this is a private home-stay. This is not a hotel. Treat our place as your own and clean as you go.
We are located in the midst of trees expect birds,bees, butterflies, fireflies,geckos, spiders and other insects. They are more afraid of you than you of them so please do not harm them.
Bring repellants if this bothers you.
We try to keep our grass tall because fireflies prefer it that way.
Right in our beach front is a reef perfect for snorkeling and diving. It's perfect for kids who want to explore marine life during low tides.
Beach shoes are a must.

Booking with us means you understand and agree to our house rules and reminders. Please take the time to read and cascade to each member of your group.
Any violation on the house rules could lead to immediate termination of your stay without refund.
- We are limiting exposure of our crew to other people that is why WE DO NOT OFFER PABILI OR PALUTO/IHAW SERVICES. You may buy seafoods, ice and charcoal in Anilao market (15mins away) on your way to our place. We can send you contact numbers of establishments who can deliver party trays and "Pasabuy" services.
- Illegal drugs, smoking and vaping is STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS. PLEASE RESPECT.
- We do not allow swapping or adding guests during your stay especially if max number of pax has been reached.
- We are located in a marine sanctuary. Vandalism of any kind is strictly prohibited. Do not harm any sea creatures nor destroy their habitat. We have resident geckos and plenty of Daddy long legs spiders that are completely harmless so please do not hurt them. They will usually stay out of your way so just let them be. Keep bedroom doors closed at all times to keep them away.
- Stray cats wander the neighborhood. Please do not feed them. If you spot one on the property, kindly let our caretaker know right away so they can gently shoo it away.
- No karaoke and very loud music and rowdy parties at all times.
- Strictly no pets please
- We STRONGLY advise against use of single plastics and sached toiletries. Unrecyclable materials such as balloons, confetti, foil and other party decorations.
- Grill only in the designated area to avoid fire accidents.
- Dispose your refuse properly. We do not have landfills here so please cooperate.
- Do not flush your trash in the toilet bowl.
- Conserve water as it is a very limited commodity. Ours comes from mountain springs and has very high mineral content thus the white marks on the dishes, shower and tiles.
- Turn off power when not in use.
- Do not pour used oil in the sink so it will not go to the sea. Use designated containers.
- After check in, our caretakers will keep to themselves until your check out. Best to get in touch with them from 7am-6pm or you may contact me anytime.
- We have basic cookware and dinnerware that you could use for your meal prep.
- We will provide you with potable water, tissue paper, dish washing liquid and hand soap.
- For sanitary reasons, We do not provide towels and dishwashing sponge. Please bring personal toiletries.
- Always practice buddy system when swimming.
- Do not go swimming when intoxicated.
- In the event of power interruption, emergency lights will also automatically light up. Please stay put as our industrial sized generator kicks in.
- Please take care of your belongings and make sure to check the rooms before check out
