This home has just completed a major renovation and features 4 bedrooms with a Queen size bed in each bedroom. The largest bedroom is sectioned off with an additional single bed. Both Bathrooms have been redone top to bottom and the kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances.
Quality linens and kitchenware supplied as well as cable and Wi-Fi Internet. Additional table and chairs supplied as well. Pack'n'Play & high-chair can be supplied upon request. The back yard features a patio, table/chairs & grill, perfect for our lovely Minnesota Summers!
The location is convenient to the University of Minnesota (13 blocks), Downtown Minneapolis (2 miles), Target Field (3 miles), Mall of America (13 miles), MSP International Airport (13 miles), Minnesota Zoo (19 miles), Como Zoo (4 miles)

The entire homes is yours for the stay. There is a bike kiosk within a few blocks where you can check out a bike for a few hours or a few days!
Interaction with guests
You may see us around watering the plants, mowing the lawn or tending to the trash & recycling bins but other than that you probably will not see much of us unless you need something!
The neighborhood has a handful of great restaurants, an incredible coffee shop, a nice park and easy access to public transportation.
There is a bus stop just down the street, less than a block from the house with continuous access to various lines.

A full renovation of this fabulous 1920’s home in the heart of Minneapolis was completed in March 2012.
This 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home features a queen size bed in every bedroom, an additional single size bed in one of the bedrooms and room for one on the sofa (or cot if preferred). As owners of 4 other VRBO vacation rentals in the area, we have a reputation for providing quality accommodations that are SUPER clean! Plus we live in the neighborhood making it very convenient for you in case you need something that isn’t already provided. Do you need a Pak’n’Play? Don’t worry, we have it! Do you need extra chairs for friends coming over for brunch? Don’t worry, we have you covered there too! What about extra cooking utensils because you are having a BBQ?? Yup, no worries there either.
This is your perfect home away from home featuring old world charm with modern amenities. Our kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer with filtered water & ice maker, range and microwave. The plush carpet in the lower level (basement) makes it feel so cozy & washer and dryer are provided as well. The backyard features a great patio with a charcoal grill.
Rental Rules Agreement:
The house, is located at 2219 Cole Ave SE, Minneapolis MN 55414
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS 3 P.M. or later. CHECK OUT IS 11 A.M. or earlier.
2. This is a NON SMOKING house.
3. Pets are not permitted in rental.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5.DAMAGE DEPOSIT- Damage deposit is not required upfront however guests agree to take full financial responsibility for any damages, missing items and/or charges incurred during stay. **Please be sure to leave our keys behind when you check-out!!
6. PAYMENT – Full payment is required before arrival and will be applied toward the room/house rent.
7MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum occupancy is ten (10) persons.
8 Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10 NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home.
11 RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. Once reservation is
confirmed, rate will not change
12WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
12 PARKING: There is 1 off street parking spot. All other parking is on street.
13 STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. We do not refund due to road conditions.
14 All of the houses are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
15 PARTIES - Parties are not permitted.
16If police arrive at the property for any reason, this agreement is terminated on the spot & you agree to vacate the property immediately & forfeit all rents/deposits paid.
17 Guns are banned from this property.
18 No illegal activity is permitted on this property.
If at any time the above rental agreement is broken, you agree to leave the property immediately & forfeit all rents & deposits paid.
