Although a multitude of shops, bars and restaurants are right on your door step, your new home is a little oasis of calm amongst the hubbub of city life.

The space
The loft apartment has been furnished to a high standard and briefly comprises of an entrance hall with space to hang coats, hats and place shoes.

Leading from the hall is a spacious living room with brown leather sofas and 52 inch smart tv with Sky Stream installed.
A cosy reading area with stocked bookcase including a varied selection of books and games is situated at the rear of the living room.

Also leading off the entrance hall is a spacious kitchen and dining area with table for four settings. (A high chair is also available).
The traditional shaker style kitchen with marble worktops is provided with all the apparatus needed for cooking away from home.
Along with the built in fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Small appliances include a microwave, smeg toaster and kettle and illy coffee machine, with tea, coffee and sugar provided.

A further central hall area leads to both bedrooms and the traditionally fitted main bathroom with walk in shower and toiletries included

Both double bedrooms have plenty of storage options with fitted under-eaves wardrobes, chest of drawers and open shelving along with extra storage in the bedside tables.
Both have a dressing area with illuminated vanity mirrors.
A smart tv with Sky Stream is installed in each bedroom.
The first bedroom also has its own traditionally fitted bathroom with shower and toiletries.

There is no outdoor space that comes with the apartment, but garage parking is available for a medium sized vehicle.
Although the garage opens out into a comfortable sized space, the entrance door is quite tight, with the dimensions being 2.12 metres in width and 2.15 metres in height and 4.85 metres in length.
For those with larger vehicles, there are many 24hr car parks nearby.
