Conveniently located between the foodie-friendly Milk District and Downtown Orlando, this impeccably thought-out space features a spacious loft style open floor plan perfect for a couple or small group. The floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to fill the space while providing complete privacy during your stay. Upscale Winter Park restaurants and the vibrant Thornton Park art scene are only a short drive away. Universal is only 20 minutes away, Disney is 35 minutes, MCO 20 minutes.

The space
This flat is in a centrally located three-story walk up. The loft space is complete with private bathroom and living space. Walk up the exterior stairs to a secured entrance. Once inside the unit is off the foyer to your left with private entrance leading to your third-floor posh palace. As you walk up the stairs, you enter the space in the six-person dining area complete with LED light installation. Just off the dinning is a kitchen with high-end appliances and all dinnerware, flatware and cookware you would need to enjoy meals during your stay. The mid-century modern living space is a throwback in its aesthetic but includes the upgrades on modern living including high speed WiFi, along with a 55-inch LED television complete with RoKu with Hulu and Netflix to stream movies and your favorite TV shows during your down time. A comfy pull out sleeper with a heavenly queen size bed is available for guests traveling with more than two. The sleeping space will provide you the perfect place to rest on a queen-sized pillow top comfort mattress. Take advantage of the expansive walk in closet where we also provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets for you to do some laundry while in town should you need.
