Set on a private 2.3-acre waterfront property backing onto the Bay of Quinte, the space offers soaring ceilings, beautiful natural light, designer interiors, and unforgettable gathering spaces perfect for families and groups. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults across 4 separate bedrooms.

Only 15 minutes from the closest vineyard and approximately 20 minutes from Wellington, the property offers the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. Guests also receive access to a Sandbanks parking pass during their stay.

The church features a massive communal living area, huge dining table, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for multiple devices and streaming, Sonos sound system, Netflix, Prime Video, laundry, fresh hotel-quality linens and towels, wood-burning fireplace, gas fireplace, and more.

Neighborhood highlights

Ideal location!! At the top of the county we're only a 2 hour drive door to door from downtown Toronto. Our location allows a short trip to Belleville for groceries etc but still only 15 minutes from the closest vineyard in the county and 22 minutes from Wellington. The neighbourhood is pristine and surrounded by farms and wide open space. The property backs on to the serene bay of quinte whre you can kayak or canoe on the marsh. Sandbanks Beach is 25 minutes away.
