I stayed with Daniel and Melanie whilst I was sorting longer term accommodation for a relocation to Adelaide. It's a suburb location, comfortable room with great wardrobe/drawer space and a easy going household. It felt like I was a friend of the family, not a paying guest.
Melanie and Daniel are very friendly and love-able people. They had to do an emergency fixing of the ceiling in the room I was supposed to be in, so they arranged for me to stay in a room with their very sweet and friendly former airbnb traveler and friend Claire while the ceiling was fixed.
A had a fantastic time in Adelaide, which both Melanie and Daniel and Claire contributed to.
Had a lovely stay with Daniel and Melanie at their beautiful home. There was a calm relaxing ambience about the home which was very relaxing. Melanie generously provided a self service continental breakfast and access to hot drinks whenever required. Also I was welcome to come and go anytime (due to a music festival I came back late a few nights). Very enjoyable and look forward to staying here again in the future

Our hosts, Daniel and Melanie and their queenly cat, Millie, made us very welcome with a cup of tea and a welcoming chat, and careful orientation. They have thoughtfully made available the kind of information that guests need. Their house is cosy and comfortable, and they made us feel totally welcome. It is also conveniently located to central Adelaide being on quite a few bus routes and even within walking distance of the CBD. We were there on a Sunday night, and returning late, so probably not a test of suburb of Norwood but it looked like a boppy place for eating and just hanging out in lovely bars and not too far from the bright lights of North Adelaide too. This house was a great setting off point for what Adelaide has to offer in March, which is a series of festivals. We spent time at the Arts and Writers' Festivals but it would also be good for WOMAD. Cannot recommend highly enough.
