Cosy Shepherd’s Hut only a 15 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station and the airport flyer bus stop. Cute kitchen & bathroom, underfloor heating & wood burner. A little haven of peace in a bustling urban setting. The Bus stop at the end of the road takes you into the city centre. N.B. The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. The bed folds into the wall to reveal a lovely table/seating area - see below for more information about this.

The space
The main room has a dining area with table & 2 fixed bench-chairs. This area is concealed when the bed is folded out of the wall. Above this area is a skylight for stargazing in bed! The rest of the room features a wood burner (fuel provided), underfloor heating and a small, well-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, 2 electric ceramic hobs and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and wash basin. Perfect for one or two people to stay. The hut overlooks our garden & family home, you will see us around and our children are likely to be playing in the garden during the day (if they’re not at school).

Guest access
There is free on-street parking, although this can be unreliable at times: you may need to hunt around in the nearby streets to finds a space. Alternatively if you would like to use our garage, please ask if it is available, we charge £15 extra per night. Access to the property is via Winton Lane. There are bus routes into the city from the bus stop at the end of the road, or you can take a 20 to 30 minute walk into the city centre.

Other things to note
Converting the bed into the dining/seating layout and vice-versa is a quick, simple process, however it does require a little strength. It can be done by one physically able person, or more easily with two people. Please ask if you’re not sure. Access to the hut is down and up a few steps.
