Although it is a single room, it has a double bed. It is quiet a small room. It has a TV, 2 bedside cabinetschair, airining cupboard (for drying clothes) and a mirrored wardrobe. It is suitable for long and short stays. The room is newly decorated. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The room is at the back of the house and not overlooked by other buildings so it is very quiet. It looks onto our small garden and trees. My husband and I are usually out of the house early, before 8am, so guests will have full use of the bathroom in the mornings.

Guests will be sharing the house with me and my husband. There is one shared bathroom with a bath and shower. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, and I can provide you with some space in the fridge and freezer, as well as storage for food. We also have a washing machine.

Quiet, safe neighbourhood yet only a couple of minutes walk from local shops and transport links to the centre of London. The room is comfortable and Janet keeps her house immaculately clean and tidy. This was my second visit, and I'll be back next time. Thanks Janet !

Staying at Janet's has been a great experience: the house is nice (and the backgarden lovely), and Janet and Paul have been very very nice and helpful. The area is nicely quiet, with shops and restaurants, and transport very convenient. Hope to go back again soon!

very good experience. it's quite convenient, take bus 172 or 171 or take a train at Croften Park and you can easily get to the city center.

Janet was really lovely and her family too. The room was big enough and clean, we could use the kitchen! You need around 40min to the city centre with the bus :) but in the near of the apartment are a supermarket and some restaurants.

Hi. Stay at Janet home is always beautiful. I feel like at home. Room is spacious, perfectly clean and comfortable. The bath the same. It's my 5th stay here, and I risk to repeat myself, because it's really perfect like the first. And for info.. It's well served by bus, nightly too, and by market or food shops. thanks Janet and see you next time :-)

Janet's place was exactly as described. The place was immaculate. There were enough clean towels provided and the bathroom is 5 steps away from the room. Never had a problem with sharing the bathroom, did not have to wait long to use the toilet. 5 minutes walk to the train station and laundromat. 4 minutes walk to the bus stop and I recommend taking the bus as you don't have to transfer as much as taking the train/trams.
