A true hidden gem - Peacefully retreated in a beautiful court yard yet in the very heart of Copenhagen. Walking distance to all major attractions incl. restaurants and shopping.
Pls. Note that this pearl of an apartment has a nice and green little balcony for our guest to sit and relax, but only way that the flowers and plants will stay fresh and beautiful is by the help of our guest. So we would highly appreciate if you could take the time and water the plants during your stay.
Furthermore, pls. Note it is only the master bedroom and not the guest room that will be available if renting over New Years.
This apartment is a true hidden gem located in the very heart of Copenhagen.
The apartment is ideal for families and those who wish to be close to all the enjoyable attractions of Copenhagen yet located inside a quite and peaceful courtyard.
The location is unique - Next door neighbor to the queen of Denmark, the little mermaid, the main shopping streets, the royal theatre, the small cozy and fancy restaurants/bars and even the water is right outside the main gate. Furthermore, you have the metro and bus connections just up the street.
The building is from the year 1700, but was refurbished both inside and outside in 2011. Which makes the place very outstanding and modern, yet authentic in its look suiting the rest of the beautiful area and the historical courtyard. Moreover, the building has entry phones with camera, and an elevator.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living and dining room w. Kitchen and 1 bathroom.
The living room is connected with an open kitchen area. And the apartment is furnished with modern furnitures, very clean and spacious decor. There is a dining table for 6 - 8 people. A sofa, 42'inch flatscreen, Cable Tv, DVD, stereo, WI-Fi and printer.
The master bedroom has a incredible comfortable quality bed (King Size) - And the room has access to the apartments little balcony.
LOCKED OFF DURING NEW YEARS - The other bedroom consists of a queen size bed, 32' inch TV, cable access, DVD and a desk.
Pls. notice if the apartment is booked by 1 or 2 people this extra bedroom will be locked off unless otherwise is arranged between me (the host) and the guests.
If the booking/reservation is made to a party of 3 or 4 the bedroom will be opened.
Furthermore, pls. notice that there are NO parking included and only ordinary street parking available. Find information and prices through Copenhagen Parking.
Once booked pls. do read all guidelines and house rules and manuals - And pls. notice the check in and check out time.
Furthermore, I do not accept any booking inquires from accounts that are not verified.
Also note that there will only be 1 key available. So however many parties you will have to share. I apologies for any inconvenience this might cause.
Last but least, I made a guidebook with recommendations and online maps of nearby grocery stores, pharmacies etc. enable to make your stay easier.

The guest will have access to a beautiful fully equipped apartment.
The apartment is fully self-catered meaning there are no super or front desk (staff), but if my guest have any sort of questions I will be happy to help and assist.
Interaction with Guests
I will always try to accommodate my guest the best possible way. - Either in person or via phone, email etc. (if out of town)
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. - Guests will find beautiful architecture modern as well as the small colored traditional houses in the area, the waterfront is right outside the door and same goes for shopping and restaurants/cafes - All within walking distance.
I would say if staying in Copenhagen this is the place to be.
Public transportation is fairly easy in Copenhagen. The metro station is 5-7 min. walk (2-3 blocks) and busses are available too.
But Copenhagen is not that big and the infrastructure makes it both very pleasant and extremely easy to either bike or walk around. The closets bike rental is almost across from where the apartment is located just a 2 min. Walk.
Sadly I experienced a good handful of guests who did not respect my home. Which is my home fu of my own private furnitures and personal belongings that i treasure and care about.
So please do read this section thoroughly - and if non of it fits you well, I would say u have found the wrong place to rent!
It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment. If smoking outside pls. throw your cigaret butts in the ashtray outside the balcony.
It is NOT allowed to host any sort of parties/events in my apartment. Of course its allowed to host a quiet and decent dinner party.
NO music before 10am and after 10pm - All windows and doors must be closed while listing to music, in respect of other neighbors - especially if listining to music outside the stated hours. - this is NOT a party place.
It is NOT allowed to bring any pets or animals inside the building and apartment.
Respect check-in and check-out time unless we agree otherwise. If check-out is excedeed and nothing has been agreed or arranged between us, you will pay for an extra night.
In general take good care of my home and respect it like it was your own place. - Unfortunately I have experienced that people leave the place completely trashed: wine stains on the shelves, mis-colored kitchen table, broken glasses, trash all over the place, toilet paper on the floor etc.
SO IF ANY HOUSE RULES ARE NOT MET - AND IF MY HOME IS NOT RESPECTFULLY TAKEN CARE OF THERE WILL BE A PENALTY TAKEN FROM YOUR DEPOSIT.
