✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home, as well as the incredible amenities on offer in the resort.
✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We will provide an initial sample/starter supply of consumables (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dishwasher detergent, etc.). Once these have been consumed, it is NOT the responsibility of the Management Company to replenish these items during your stay.
✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for a max of 3 vehicles. Note that each vehicle will need to check in with security and show reservation details before entry.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the third bedroom.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack ’n Play, high chair, security gates, and more.
✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies.
✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Guests have full access to the Windsor Hills amenities: swimming pool, water slide, movie room, arcade room, gym, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, and playgrounds. All guests will need to visit the welcome center for a wristband to enjoy the community amenities. The community limits us to 14 passes per visit.
