由第四代子孫改造翻新而成，
源起金隆榮碾米工廠，
後為住家使用，近百年的歷史，
還保有很多當時的設備及設計，
古色古香，位於金山老街內，
走路到公車站1分鐘，711只需要30秒，
開門即可開始逛老街，附帶所有盥洗設備
，含有金山老街內原有的清硫磺溫泉，
百坪以上的使用空間可以使用。
