They are currently doing construction at the address so we have changed your stay to Miami beach off 14th and Euclid. This is ONE OF THE OLDEST BUILDINGS IN MIAMI BEACH.The place is 420 friendly 10 mins from the ports.. This is NOT A HOTEL so everything is NOT PERFECT. PLEASE READ MY REVIEWS. I will do everything i can to make your stay better than expected. The paint is NOT brand new and remember you are staying in MY home, NOT A HOTEL. If you are looking for perfection, PLEASE GO TO A HOTEL.

THE PLACE IS IN SOUTH BEACH MIAMI NOT ON THE VENETIAN in North Bay. You will NOT find a better deal on MIAMI BEACH, that gives you the entire place and 420 friendly with these reviews with a host that goes out of his way for guest like Vincent, so please be aware. REMEMBER THEY ARE DOING CONSTRUCTION ON THE ADDRESS SHOWN SO YOU'LL BE STAYONG IN MIAMI BEACH. The place is 4 blocks from Ocean Dr and 3 blocks from the mall in a QUIET residential area. DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THE FURNITURE FROM INSIDE THE PLACE OUTSIDE. If furniture is taken outside and stolen or damaged it is a $500 fine. If you break any furniture there is a $500 fine.

We have access to pedal bikes you can rent daily while you are here. You are on an island here in South Beach so having a bike to ride around with a lock helps you enjoy your time. while being here.

15 minutes from the Ports ( for Cruises) and 15 minutes from Miami Heat Arena. The place is super laid back in a quiet area of South Beach, Miami. You can have a great time; just be considerate of my neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO SHOES WORN INSIDE. You can bring them inside and sit them on Ted (Teddy Bear). Just to add some extra understanding; this is NOT A HIGH CLASS HOTEL, this is in a older building so NO it won't be dirty, but please don't come looking for perfection. I will go out of my way to make sure your stay is excellent, but I needed to express that.

The place is in SOUTH BEACH MIAMI in a quiet area; it is NOT WHERE THE ADDRESS SHOWS, there was a mixup. The place has TWO QUEEN SIZE beds and an area that gives you a living room feel. This is for a couple looking to get away and relax for a couple of days. 2 TVs, one in the main room and another in the kitchen, so you have something to watch while you eat. You are about 10 minutes from the cruise ports, so this is perfect for a night before or after your cruise.

10 MINUTE DRIVE from the Ports ( for Cruises) and 15 minute DRIVE from Miami Heat Arena. You are in the heart of SOUTH BEACH MIAMI. The space is eclectic and super laid back. I will give you the keys and walk you into the place. If you check in later than 5pm there is a Late Fee of $50 and if you check in after 8pm its $75 and after 11pm its $100 unless you let me know that you will be late when you book. Just to add some extra understanding; this is NOT A HIGH CLASS HOTEL, this is in a older building so NO it won't be dirty, but please don't come looking for perfection. You'll have to walk up about 6 stairs and the that's all. I'll be there to check you in and give you the lay of the land. You are about 10 minutes from the cruise ports, so this is perfect for a night before or after your cruise. Small Fee for Residential Parking access. If you lose the keys it is a $500 fine, so DO NOT LOSE THE KEYS

Once again this place is in SOUTH BEACH MIAMI, 10 minutes (driving) from the Cruise ship ports and 5 minutes from Ocean Dr. You are in the HEART OF MIAMI BEACH. Once again this is NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL, this is an older residential building but we go out of our way to make sure it is cleaned and in order for your stay, but please don't come seeking perfection. You will NOT find a place in this area, that is 420 Friendly, with a host like Vincent, for this price AT ALL.

DO NOT USE THE KEYS BECAUSE IT IS A $500 FINE THAT MUST BE PAID.

I truly want everyone to come out and have an amazing time because I know we NEED getaways, and a sense of relaxation, because we all deal with so much ups and downs in our lives on a daily basis. Some of my favorite movies are Love Jones, 500 Days of Summer, Benjamin Buttons, SuperBad, Bridesmaids, The Equalizer, Brown Sugar, A Beautiful Mind, and Old School. I'm a huge Fan Jazz Music, Neo Soul Music such as Maxwell, Erykah Badu, Sade, Jill Scott, Dwele, The Internet, The Roots, and others. I'm also a lover of Hip Hop music such as J Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Mos Def, Jay Electronica and others so you will see a lot of Hip Hop and art all around the place. Some Books I love to read over and over again are "The Law of Success," "As a Man Thinketh," "Think and Grow Rich," "Richest Man in Babylon," and "The Art of Seduction." I love TV shows such as Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Tosh.0, Workaholics, House of Cards, House of Lies, Billions, Ray Donovan, and Power. I meditate and do Yoga as well so you can light incense in the place, Light Sage and just relax your mind, body and soul. Coming to Miami and being in this ideal spot is amazing because you can watch the sun rise and watch the sun go down on the beach, which is right across the street.
