About This Listing
I rent a room with double bed in a charming 12 m2 apartment in the 12th arrondissement.
The room is very comfortable , overlooking a quiet street . It is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and equipped with a flat- screen TV and Internet access . Bathroom with shower and bath and toilet are separated and shared .
A continental breakfast is included and served in the dining room
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator, in an unusual and very bourgeois central area . All kinds of shops are nearby, including a very good bakery. Dausmesnil the market ( place Félix Eboué ) takes place two times a week on Tuesday and Friday.
You will be close to Bastille and its famous Opera (15 minutes by metro) , Bercy Village and the Palais Omnisport (20 minutes walk) .
The Bois de Vincennes is about fifteen minutes , it is the ideal place for walking and jogging .
Very well connected, metro lines 6 and 8 are nearby , stop Daumesnil .
Stop the bus No. 46 is just down from my house and it allows direct access to the Gare du Nord , Gare de l'Est and the castle of Vincennes. At 500 meters , bus No. 29 joined the Saint Lazare train station through the Marais.
You will discover a district of Paris airy , quiet, where you can breathe , with wide avenues , a middle-class population, but also very diverse, without the nuisance of too touristy ,
But at the same time a very central area where we went quickly to Louvre , Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower , Latin Quarter , Montmartre .....
Lives in Paris for several years and is now retired , I am happy to inform you about the beautiful places , monuments and restaurants to discover but also places more unusual and less known to tourists .
Hoping to bring you all the comfort and well-being , you are entitled to expect for your stay. and this in a warm atmosphere

Philippe is a super nice and kind gentleman, who extends his consideration to almost everything to make us feel at home. He waited us home no matter how late we were back, and showed us on map clearly every morning before we went out. The long conversation with him before the night we left was really pleasant. The stay with Philippe is indeed the highlight spot for my journey in Paris. Merci beaucoup, Philippe.
Our stay with Phillipe was perfect! The directions to the apartment were clear and Phillipe kept in touch with us to help coordinate our arrival. Phillipe greeted us at the apartment, made us feel very welcome by offering us cold drinks (on a hot day!), and he also provided us with information on what to do in Paris. The apartment is a bit outside of the centre, but just steps away from the metro so its very easy to get around. The area is nice and feels safe in the evening as well. The pictures shown of the apartment are exactly what it's like. Highly recommended to stay here.
Mr. Philippe is a very kind man with a very wonderful heart to take care everyone. He did so much for me and I really appreciated his friendship. He is a super host who really treats his guest as family, and he sacrifice his time and energy to do everything can make his guest feel the most comfortable and happy. May God bless this kind man and take good care of him. May God lead the nice and kind people to be his guests.
Philippe made us very comfortable. He gave us directions to visit different places of sightseeing, printed some of our travel documents, made great coffee every morning, prepared delicious breakfast for us.
