Enjoy this super clean and cozy three bedroom Breckenridge condo, sleeps 6 people. Nice open floor plan, perfect for family and friends to gather. Fully equipped kitchen. This condo offers two living room areas, one living room has a wood burning fireplace. The other living room is located in the loft area. Two bedrooms on the main level and the third bedroom is upstairs. Only steps from the free town Breck bus stop. Super convenient location. Only a 10 minute walk into downtown Breckenridge.

The space
This three bedroom three bath condo. There is an open loft area upstairs (ACCESS TO LOFT BY STATIONARY LADDER- SEE PICS) Please be extra careful when using the loft ladder stairs. The loft living room has a living area with tv and game table or office table. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The third bedroom located upstairs has a full size bed and private full bath.

Reminder, access to the loft area is via ladder type stairs. Not ideal for small children, see pics. The loft area has the third bedroom and full bath. Also in the loft is the second living room area with tv and game table or office space.

Neighborhood highlights

This is an awesome location, only a few steps to the free town of Breck bus stop and about a 10 minute walk to downtown Breck. This property is also a few steps from Carter Park, offering a fun the sledding hill. No need for a car, but you are welcome to bring a car. We offer parking for two cars maximum. We have 1 indoor assigned parking space and 1 unassigned spot for outside parking. Enjoy all the shops and restaurants within walking distance to the condo.

This condo does NOT have air conditioning, not normally needed in the mountains.
