WHAT A VIEW! Canyon Lake is full again! Come play & stay with million dollar views from every room! This newly renovated lakefront home is a true gem. Main level has a gorgeous new kitchen, indoor & outdoor dining, cozy living room, and the primary bedroom & full bath. Second level has a sitting area, Jack & Jill bath w/ 2 bedrooms, each w/private balcony. Third/bottom level has bunk room & large wood deck w/views. Parking is limited: Maximum 4 cars/trucks. If all 4 are large SUVs or trucks, it will be very tight. Because we are on a narrow road, unfortunately there's no additional room for street parking. Ask about secure off-site boat parking option if you plan to bring your boat or jet skis plus more than 1 or 2 cars.

Canyon Lake shoreline access is via 170 stone steps from the back deck. Expect a bit of a workout, but it's totally worth it. If you have knee or balance problems, you might consider walking the shoreline from boat ramp 1 to meet your group at our beach.

Boat Ramp 1 is open and just around the corner.

Gas fire pit on expansive lower deck for enjoying the night lake views and stargazing.

Other things to note
Water shoes recommended, as the Canyon Lake shoreline is rocky.
