My home is a spacious and bright place to stay. The views are amazing from my living room windows where you can see all of Sheffield and the country side. It is four years old so is very new and clean. I pride myself in this. It is within easy reach of the town centre but is very peaceful. Breakfast is included to your own choice cooked my myself. There are laundry/drying facilities if required at no extra cost. Pick up from train station included in price. Use of internet, television, washing machine, fridge all white goods. People who stay at my home say I am very amiable and I go out of my way to make my guests feel comfortable. I have even been know to do their ironing for them. People come from all walks of life to visit or attend Sheffield's film festival, music festivals, attend college/university or internships with their companies even to visit long lost friends/families. The town center which is 15 minutes away by tram boast a multicultural venue which includes restaurants, shopping, cathedral, two play houses, theaters, universities, colleges etc. The country side is within easy reach by trains, buses most people like to visit Lincoln Cathedral and Chatsworth House in Derbyshire.
The trams are five minutes walk from my home is very quiet. Any thing else I have not covered please send me a message.
Thank you for reading this description.
The guest bedroom, shared bathroom, living room and kitchen where they can cook.
I'm usually at home I do enjoy getting to know other cultures, and love to talk.
I love living here as it's very safe having intercom access. There are lovely walks nearby you can even walk into town within 20 minutes.
There are very frequent trams running every 10 minutes taking you into either town to the university or to other area's.
If you cook a meal please wash and put away all dishes. You can use the washing machine. i have wi fi internet at no cost.
Very kind host, just be aware that you share the living room and bathroom. My bedroom was clean and food and drinks were foreseen to fix myself a breakfast.
Just I comment: I didn't quite like the smell of cigarettes.
If you had wanted a private bathroom and living room then you should have booked into a 6 star hotel which would have cost you more than £20.00 per night. I always allow my guests to 'fix' their own breakfast apart from weekends when I cook a full English around 11.00 am. No one has ever complained before so you need to employ your self a maid also. As for me smoking some of my guests also smoke I always ask as I did your self. I wouldn't allow you to my home again.
Christine is a nice hostess. The accommodation is perfect. Very quiet, clean, and has a good view to the city. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay at Christine's apartment, Although I've only seen her for about an hour, she was a lovely lady, very welcoming and nice. The apartment was very nice, spacious and not too far from the city centre (we walked there every time). It was a really nice stay !
Very friendly owner, nice flat and good food.
Christine really was the hostess with the mostest! We felt so welcome. She picked us up from the station and made us the most amazing breakfast! Great flat, with stunning views. Thanks so much.
Both the room and apartment were very well kept and incredibly comfortable. The host was lovely, warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Sheffield.
I was offered a room that was not actually available as it had already been rented out to another tenant. I was notified of this at short notice and told that the price on crashpadder was in fact incorrect and was more expensive than advertised. As this was at short notice it did not give me sufficient time to find alternative accommodation. I did not stay for the whole time that I had booked as I was told to leave with a few hours notice and was shouted at by the host when I expressed some unhappiness at this fact. Overall, an extremely negative experience.
