Nicola and the rest of her family were absolutely great! They were super welcoming and really nice. They offered to cook my dinner - which I unfortunately had to turn down as I already had made dinner plans but was very grateful for the offer. Would definitely recommend a stay with them!
One of, if not the best airbnb experienced I've ever had. Everyone was super-friendly & inviting.
Nicola and Nigel and family made me so welcome! There was a wonderful meal waiting for me and I was also picked up from the station!
had a lovely stay with Nicola & her family. bed was comfortable, house was warm, family was friendly and the food was so tasty. they made me feel very welcome and I enjoyed my stay. highly recommended!
Lovely family and very welcoming. Really enjoyed my stay. Nicolas food is all home made and really tasty. Would recommend a stay.
What can I say about my stay with Nicola, Nigel and their wonderful children? I can only say a trillion wonderful words for how beautiful this family is.
Communication was delightful from the time I send them an email to ask if the room was available. I was coming to the area to look for houses and didn't want to stay centrally in Exeter so was very happy to arrive at this little quiet leafy and green community and seeing Nigel waving at me when I first arrived I knew straight away they would be a lovely family. I am so happy I managed to come back almost every night and experience Nicola's cooking as I was invited to join their family suppers. Her food is delicious she is such a beautiful cook. And the kids a delight to hear them talk about their day and enjoy mummy's food.
I slept like an angel something that would not happen in London, the energies and the people in this house make you relax, feel at ease and when the time comes for bed I managed to drift away and have a beautiful sleep. Cozy little room, warm and comfy bed...all so nice and a bathroom with a gorgeous power shower.
As for their local knowledge and generally their intellectuality I am blown away. I have learned so much and enjoyed listening to both Nicola and Nigel telling me so much. Beautiful to learn things from them about Devon and much more.
I knew that I was coming to the right place, my intuition didn't let me down and I would more than highly recommend staying with them!!
Nicola and Nigel were extremely welcoming - they were very generous and they even invited me to join them for a lovely evening meal. The children were also very friendly and happy to chat. The room was as described and suited my needs well.
I would recommend staying with this friendly family if visiting Exeter.
