A sprawling 1,800 sf upper apartment in the heart of downtown Boyne City. You will love the layout of this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment overlooking Water street and a view of the lake. Very spacious with a large kitchen and two living room areas at each of the unit for plenty of privacy. No car needed, shops and restaurants just steps out your door.

The space
This unit if perfect for four adults (sorry no children or pets allowed) that want to be in a very central location. It has a large fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for spreading out.

Guest access
Guest have access to entire apartment but there is a retail business downstairs so please keep noise to a minimum.

Other things to note
Guest must park in the parking lot behind the building. There is no overnight street parking on Water Street.
You must be at least 28 years old to rent this condo.
