The space

A bright, cosy and family firendly appartment very close to the beach, in the beautiful island of Crete.
The place is located in the first floor in a quite neighborhood, ideal for people who wants to avoid the city buzz,
opening to a balcony with seaside, in which you can enjoy the sunset.
Just a 2 minutes walk from the beach and the nearest seafood-tavern. A mini market is located next to the appartment.
The old town of Malia, where several restaurants and shops can be found, as well as the famous-crowded main road
of Malia with cafe and bars are both accesible within 15 min walking.

It is equiped with towels, safe box, bathroom with shower and a kitchenenette with cooking hobs and fridge.

Interaction with guests

I do not leave in Crete at the moment. You will meet Nikos and Rena, my parents who are the owners. They live at the same building, so feel free to knock their door if you have any questions. They are very friendly and hospitable.

Getting around

When you arrive in the airport the cheapest solution is to take the bus. There is a stop outside the airport and you should take the bus with the ending stop "Malia" (or "Agios Nikolaos", "Sitia" or "Ierapetra, in any case do not hesitate to ask the driver). You can buy the ticket inside the bus. Every bus has a fare collector, inform him that you want to get out in the central station of Malia. My father, Nikos, can pick you up from the station by car, after calling him.

The second option is to take a taxi, which I don't recommand. It is very expensive from the airport.

The third and best option is to rent a car from the airport. You definitely need a car in this island in order to eplore all these beautiful regions and beaches!

It is also possible to rent a car from our neighboorhood after you arrive in the appartment.
