This loft apartment is unique to our area. It is located on the ground floor right on Main Street with a wall of windows overlooking Mill Street. The high ceilings and exposed brick give the space an urban feel.
We use UVC light to disinfect the space between each stay. Wifi is available. There is a smart TV set up with a Netflix account and a DVD player. There are games, puzzles, a ping pong table, swing, and books available for your enjoyment.

The space
The loft is one open room and includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room area, and sleeping area. Wall spaces can be created with the ping pong table to separate the sleeping area. The hanging bed is suitable for relaxing or sleeping for anyone comfortable with ladders and height. The closet is spacious and provides a changing area with a door. And yes, the swing will hold you.

Downtown Sylva has many great restaurants and breweries all within walking distance of the apartment and some just a few steps away. EV chargers are located at Bridge Park which is just a few blocks away. The town is bustling with shops including three independent bookstores, a chocolate shop, a record store, home goods, vintage furniture, clothing, fishing, biking, and antique shops. The blockbuster hit Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri was filmed on this very block. Western Carolina University is 10 minutes down the road. Two entrances to the Blue Ridge Parkway - one near Waynesville and one near Cherokee. the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance and Harrah's Casino are all 20 -25 minutes away. Waynesville, Bryson City, and Franklin are 25 minutes away, and downtown Asheville is 45 minutes away. Our area boasts many accessible mountain lakes for swimming, boating, and fishing plus multiple mountain biking trails, and plenty of hiking options all within 15 minutes to an hour’s drive. We are happy to guide you in the right direction.
