Modern decor, newer furnishings, ocean front unit with lazy river. NOW has adult and family pools as well as snack bar, splash pad and of course lazy river with slide. Watch the Blue Angels fly past during their practice, walk the beach daily, sit on the balcony with your coffee, shop at the Tangier Mall Outlet, dine at excellent restaurants. Many nice activities to entertain and RELAX while at the beach. The Foster OBA Phoenix Rentals is ocean front with beautiful views of the ocean.

The space
This unit has fabulous ocean views for as far as the eye can see. Building has wonderful workout facility, indoor pool, hot tubs, and lobby. Great gathering places for family and friends.

Guest access
The unit with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is private, the common areas are for all guests.

Other things to note
Parking is limited to 2 spaces that are purchased by the guest at a cost of $60.00 one time fee. Additional secure off site parking can be arranged through desk, or if available additional on site parking can be purchased (known at day of arrival)
Starter supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, paper towel, scrub pad.
