Enjoy a beautiful modern guest suite built in 2021. Very safe, family oriented, newly developed neighborhood with many stores around. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and friends, traveling for fun and business travelers alike. The unit is accessed via a smart lock and has a bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom with a queen bed, and a futon for additional travelers. Close to National Parks, Hospitals, Airport, and major freeways. Comfort, peace of mind, and complete privacy.

The space
This space fits up to 5 guests. We can accommodate two guests on the queen size bed, one guest on the futon (becomes almost a full-size bed), one guest on the day bed (twin size), and one guest on the trundle bed that slides under the day bed (twin size). The futon may not be suitable for taller guests.
*This listing is not suitable for infants, toddlers, or young children.

*This is a pet free zone and smoking or vaping is not allowed in or around the property. Parties or events are not allowed.
