iron table&chairs w/umbrella and stringed lighting off of a single covered carport .

Courtyard off of single car carport is for your use, parking on side of home and front of home is allowed, keep from parking or blocking neighbors yards please, keep outside noise to a minimum, bar b q pit and fire pit for your use is provided.

NO SMOKING, VAPING OR CHEWING OF TOBACCO IN HOME...any detection of any substances will be charged $500 cleaning fee to remove odors. Strictly Enforced!!

We are walking distance to downtown which is nice in Fall or Spring time, enjoy Mardi Gras being in the middle of downtown and close to restaurants, boutiques, library, culture center, coffee shops and historic liberty theater, older 1940's home is in established neighborhood, tree lined streets with mostly retired and elderly living close by.
