Secluded 3.8 acres,1000 feet river frontage, luxurious 3 bdrm 2 bath 2013 sq ft central air, A home in a peaceful relaxing area with Manatees, otters, owls in an old Florida setting. Private drive thru large oak trees to a beautiful home with surrounding decks away from the city noise, yet close to dining and gulf beaches. Fishing, kayaks, canoe, lounging on the decks or relax in the hammock next to the river. Beautiful sunsets and river views in a peaceful setting. Mosquitonix system for bugs.

Fully stocked kitchen dishes, pot and pans with Mr coffee maker plus Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Steam washer and dryer. 36” Blackstone gas grill and Weber BBQ for cooking outside.

Enjoy luxurious beautiful home on 3.8 private acres of large tree lined waterfront property. 2 kayaks and a canoe to explore the Manatee River or just lounge around on the outside decks or hammock. Catch a glimpse of manatees in the river or various birds.
