This is a well lit ground floor bedroom with a comfy double bed, situated at the back of a private house. Located within the boundary of the University Leeds it is very convenient for the Universities, venues & Leeds city centre. There is access to the kitchen & bathroom, and there is free on-street parking. The room is in a private home, & usually myself or another family member are in residence.
(The flat also has a fire & burglar alarm, with sensors in every room.)
