The space
This is a free standing log cabin on its own spacious grounds. Yours exclusively!
* Short range mountain view in a pastoral setting has outside seating.
* Easy parking just steps to your small covered Front entry porch. Back door has private setting and seating.
*Cabin provides window unit A/C or Heat in each appropriate season.* Coverlet, pillows, bath towels, washcloths, soaps, coffee and more! Bring your Q. bed sheets OR pay $10 for mine.
Request The Hot tub under cover, we call the 'Cabana', so able to enjoy in any weather, viewing starry nights and LED lights. (one time $35 fee, unless *DEAL) *Romantic and rustic cabin, setting against woodsy mountain backdrop, serene pastoral mountain view. Provided WiFi and Direct-TV.
* Please Be aware that Primes is a NON SMOKING Property!
* Provided are dishes, pots 'n pans, flatware, utensils, microwave, stove/oven.
Coffee maker is both 'standard' and Pod maker so bring your fav coffee pods of choice although there's a 'starter supply there'. Need something not at your cabin, just ask, as we may have, we're close by.
This cabin is your exclusively within our Prime Property Rentals being one of several here just a mile to 'Lake Glenville' on several acres of shared space over-all. Close to waterfalls (High Falls and hiking just a few miles away), only 5 miles to downtown Cashiers then right at light then 10 miles to Highlands. PEAK SEASON and ALL Holiday periods (which include legal holidays) have highest rate and may require a 3 night min stay.
WiFi included yet Frontier is our phone/Internet service here which, although we have the best offered, is not so great.
Summer lake fun offers boat rentals at nearby Marina or Winter fun. Winter at Sapphire Resort has snow tubing and skiing by Mica's famous bar'n eatery! Visit the lake just a mile away where Pontoon boats, Kayaks with paddles etc may be available to rent at nearby Marina.just over a mile away! Care-takers are on call nearby for any reason at all.
No need for 4 wheel drive as rental property is paved or minimal gravel driveway with EASY access.
Lake Glenville's marina, is just a mile from your cabin where pontoon boat rentals, kayaks and more for fun on the lake with mountains and spectacular waterfall views right from your boat seat!

Cabin has easy access and short range mountain views, Hot Tub (readied IF requested for one time $35 fee). Amazing Eateries as Happ's (closest to cabin), White-side Brewery, Orchard, and many more! Photos on this site show how this cabin is located in the valley with surrounding mountains as seen picture posted.
