The space
Welcome to The Parsonage. This 3 bedroom "Super Host" Property offers a relaxing getaway, old world charm, and country warmth with contemporary touches throughout.
Tucked along the scenic Rednersville Road, The Parsonage is a newly refurbished boutique manse that blends the best of modern comfort and traditional charm, with all the amenities of a city home wrapped in the warmth of a countryside retreat.
With space to comfortably accommodate up to six adults, guests can choose from three cheerful, well-appointed bedrooms—two with ensuite baths—plus a total of 3.5 bathrooms for added ease and privacy.
At the rear of the house, a cozy sunroom opens onto a lush, slightly wild garden that feels plucked from a fairytale. Enjoy sparkling views of Quinte Bay, alfresco meals on the deck, or relaxing evenings on the patio with a BBQ and good company. Please note the Patio set-up is available between May 15 and September 30 in good keeping with the warmer weather!
The Parsonage also features a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and ample parking for up to three vehicles. For peace of mind, each bedroom and floor is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Meals can be shared in the 2 charming dining rooms or out on the back deck—perfect for sipping coffee as the sun rises or enjoying a lazy afternoon meal. For outdoor grilling, you’ll also find a BBQ on the lower patio in the back garden.
Upon your Parsonage arrival, you’ll discover ample parking for up to 3 vehicles on the driveway or the semi- circular parking pad. The Parsonage’s main entrance is through the mudroom at the end of the driveway and a secure door entry code will be provided just prior to check in. The white-sandy beaches of Sandbanks is approximately a half hours scenic drive from the Parsonage so please try to schedule a beach visit. Complimentary Beach parking pass provided to Parsonage Guests.

Guests can access all areas of the Parsonage inside and out with the exception of the Library which is closed for cataloguing.
COMPLIMENTARY SANDBANKS BEACH PARKING PASS:
As a guest of The Parsonage, you're welcome to borrow our Provincial Park Seasonal Parking Pass—free of charge! This pass provides access to the stunning beaches of Prince Edward County, including the iconic Sandbanks Beach.
To use it, simply make a parking reservation online through the Ontario Parks website. Select “Seasonal Vehicle Permit Holder” when prompted, and book a single parking spot (available up to 5 days in advance of your planned beach visit). We’ll provide you with the permit number upon request.
Once your reservation is confirmed, just display the pass on your vehicle's dashboard during your visit.
Please remember to return the parking pass before you leave.

The Parsonage kitchen is equipped with an induction cook top, convection oven and microwave, along with a drip-coffee maker.

Please note that there are 3 exterior security cameras on the premises for your safety. One located at the mudroom side-entrance (driveway-view), one at rear patio, and one more located within the front door-bell.

No parties or events of any kind. The parsonage is a residential dwelling that will host the usual household activities of up to 6 guests.
INVOICE: Municipal Accommodations Tax (MAT), please note that each guest reservation will be charged a 4% Municipal Accommodations Tax which will appear on your invoice as the Tourism Assessment/Fee.
