Trueman Hall is the only property investment owned by Peter Kenny Properties 
There are 28 self contained furnished flats located within a late 19th century warehouse converted to residential use around 2003
Flats have double beds, desk with chair, wardrobe, easy chair, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, and a flat screen tv
Heating is by way of gas
The flat has an en-suite shower, wc, and wash hand basin, and use of a communal washing machine
On street car parking is available

All flats have uPVC double glazing and gas fired central heating, together with CCTV coverage of the exterior and internal entrance hall

Please note, that presenting your Identification Document to your host on arrival  is a mandatory. This should be in the form of a passport or driving licence     
Check-out time is 12:00 and is subject to agreement with the manager in advance- 1 extra hour of delayed check-out is subject to a fee equalling 10% of the price per one night. In case of delayed check-out which interferes the check-in of the following guests the deposit will not be returned.
Please note, that the parking is not included in the price. We inform you, to avoid any misunderstandings, that for parking your car, you would need to find the space inthe surroundingarea. The cost of the parking is£ 2,40 per hour. It is free from 6pm to 8am. Another option is use of the public car park in Victoria Street, which is 5 min walk from the apartments, and which we've found a bit more economic. 
If you do not check out on time or return your keys then your deposit will not be returned. Please take note that if you would like to keep some personal belongings in the apartment past check-out time, a fee of £20.00 will be charged.
You will not be able to shorten your initial length of stay
Smoking in the apartment or communal areas is strictly prohibited. In case a smoke smell is detected in the apartment  a fine of £50.00 will be applied. You will be responsible for the cost of any false fire alarm calls 
Requesting to extend your length of stay is subject to availability. If available the charge must be fully paid in advance
We only clean when you vacate.

ATTENTION: Playing loud music or making any loud noise is strictly prohibited. In case of violating this rule we have the right to evict you and your charge, with the deposit, will not be returned to you.

We will make sure you feel very comfortable during your stay in our apartments. Please, take care of furniture and household equipment. Don´t damage the apartment´s interior because there will be other guests staying there after you, and they would also like to enjoy their stay with comfort!
