We have a beautiful one-bedroom apartment that sits above a studio apartment at the base of Putney Mountain in Southern Vermont.

There are incredible views, a pond, deck off the bedroom, gas range, hardwood floors and easy access to downtown Putney. We have a luxury spa with hydrotherapy, just a short walk away.

We're located on the edge of wilderness with easy access to trails for hiking, biking and exploring.

The apartment includes a shared entry area and laundry room on the lower floor. A private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area is located on the upper floor. The shared hot tub is within 100 ft from the building.

I love SILENCE. Out of the half-dozen places we've lived in Southern Vermont, one of the key features that delights me about our home on Putney Mountain is that quiet is available. The wildlife around us isn't always silent but at key times it is, and I greatly appreciate it! We choose to live a pretty slow and still life in Vermont and travel elsewhere for expansion and stimulation.
