Small studio, 25 sqm in the city of Zurich all to yourself! Only a 3-minute walk to Albisriederplatz, station for tram 2 + 3/bus, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bakeries. Via tram no. 3, it is 15 minutes to the main train station or city/old town.

The property is ideal for 1-2 people. If you are coming as a couple, we ask you to book for 2 guests! Thank you! Bathroom/toilet, fridge, micro-wave, coffee maker, as well as crockery and cutlery available.

Washing machine/dryer in the basement -2, large rooftop terrace with seating on the upper floor on the roof for general use with beautiful views over Zurich. The apartment is on the 5th floor, elevator is available.
The apartment is central, it is located on the lively and busy Badenerstrasse next to the large Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Other things to note
We rent outdoor parking spaces (CHF 10./day); let us know in advance, we need the car license number and the make of your car.
Parking spaces can also be found at Hotel Crowne Plaza in the underground parking lot
but it is rather expensive.
