Jim was a great host, very polite, helpful, and accommodating. The house is beautiful and very clean, and it was great having access to the kitchen. It's a little out of the way of Vancouver, but its very easy to take a bus to the skytrain and head into town, the bus station is right around the corner.
This place was exactly as posted. Clean, quiet place with a gracious host in a very nice part of Burnaby. Quick trip to downtown with a car. I would definitely stay here again.
Home was in nice neighborhood. Jim was very nice and prompt in his replies. Room was very comfortable.
This was a last minute request (literally the night of) and Jim was very accommodating in allowing us to stay at his beautiful home. We had our own bedroom and private bathroom upstairs. Everything was very clean and immaculate. Jim respected our privacy and was willing to help us with any questions we had. It was about a 15 min drive to Vancouver from here.
This was a very nice, clean and spacious home. I enjoyed a large bedroom and private bath. The hosts were quiet and polite. They were easy to book with and pleasant to stay with. It was close to Burnaby lake and the sports complex there. Also close to the main freeway into downtown Vancouver.
Jim and his wife are very accommodating. They are very nice and know a lot about the area. I have a toddler and they love kids, they know it takes a lot of patience and love to be a parent. The house is very clean, quiet and warm. They gave us the room in the basement because it gave me and my daughter more privacy. My toddler was free to run around from the bedroom to the bathroom and being somewhat loud as a child can be. I totally recommend this place. It is a beautiful home.

Hi, I'm Jim. I speak English and Chinese Mandarin. But English is not my mother tongue. I am a very easy-going person, always can find positivity in everything. I like to visit new places and to experience new things. My wife, Mandy, is retired as housewife now. We like to meet peoples from different cultural backgrounds.
