PLEASE (website hidden) house is in biggleswade which is just outside bedford[between bedford and cambridge]please check my map for exact location.
Mine is an old, terraced house which is warm and cosy with a nice garden. if you are looking for an ultra modern pad with all mod cons this is not my place - it is a nice place to stay when you can't be at home. It's only a ten minute walk to the station and the train takes 45 minutes into London or a 1 minute drive from the A1M and an hour's drive to London. It's also only an hour away fron the centre of Cambridge.
I do also have one friendly dog, so pet lovers only please.
Please note, my room would be suitable for any students coming to study in Cambridge, but my room is not actually in Cambridge but a 30 minute train journey away.
my listing also includes wifi.
only main house rule is no smoking.appart from that just a very laid back (website hidden) long as guests respect me and my home we will get on fine.
Anne gave me a warm welcome, and she's been very helpful with anything I needed.
Her home is very cosy and comfortable, and her dog Bang Bang is the cutest dog I've ever seen. A very good experience that I would recommend.
A very comfortable room and great host. If I'm around that area again id definitely stay again.
Anne met me at the station and made me feel very welcome. She was very friendly and kind and let me have the run of her home so that I felt very comfortable. The room was just as pictured and was very warm and cosy
Anne welcomed me kindly. The description was accurate. The house was very nice, clean and calm. The kitchen is well equipped. I had a good sleep and I am very satisfied with my stay.
Anne kindly picked me up from the rail station and was solicitous of my welfare throughout my stay. The house was warm, quiet and the room provided was well appointed. Bam Bam the dog received me enthusiastically and was well behaved throughout even in the absence of Anne. The house is located a short distance from the High Street with large stores close by. The streets nearby were good to for walks. Anne was considerate of my wish to be largely left alone for most of the time as were the people who visited. A good experience.
Anne is a great host and offers a small, yet very comfortable and well decorated room in her warm house. The dog is very sweet and not bothersome at all. I had a wonderful time and can only recommend this place!
Biggleswade itself is a pretty town with great cafes (perfect for getting lots of writing done!) and a nice library that one could also use.
Anne's home was a super b&b. Easy to find and handy car parking. The house is very cosy and warm and Anne is so hospitable. Super!
