Welcome to the Hrafntinna Villa. Located only 5mins from the southern town of Selfoss, the villa is in an ideal location for exploring the major attractions the south coast has to offer.

Set in an idyllic and completely private estate. The villa features uninterrupted 360 degree panorama views of the surrounding countryside. This unforgettable retreat merges unmatched natural beauty with plush comfort and exceptional personal service.

The space
The ranch was a labor of love and no expense has been spared. The goal, to live surrounded by stunning landscapes, protected from the elements and as close to nature as possible. Private, and peaceful, whether in winter or summer, this home is the perfect place to stay in the South Coast area.

The ranch features 6 bedrooms with one being in the guesthouse in the garden. The master bedroom features a king size bed. The second, third and fourth feature queen size beds The fifth bedroom features 2 single beds and the sixth 2 bunk beds.. All of the beds are new and of a top quality.

The living area has comfortable couches, unique and beautiful artwork and stunning views out of the large floor to ceiling windows.

There is a TV area that features a large comfy couch and a flat screen TV.

The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and an assortment of pots and pans. There is a soda water machine and 2 coffee machines. There are 2 refrigerators. You will find a barbeque outside.

There is a large, secluded and private Garden only accesible from within the house. There guests can enjoy the hot tub, cold tub and access the sauna room. The garden is also great for eating dinner or holding family get-togethers. (when the weather permits)
