Enjoy Guadalajara in one of the oldest neighborhoods, Colonia Analco. Just minutes from the historic city center and a short Uber ride to trendy Colonia Americana and Tlaquepaque. Our beautifull old neo colonial house has been recently redone and lovingly decorated with a mid century meets vintage Mexican style. We have two patios with loads of tropical plants. You will love our expansive lush roof terrace with a great city view.

The space
Casa Cuauhtémoc has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a closet on the first floor. On the second floor which is accessed via a spiral staircase in the patio, there are two bedrooms, which me with a queen size and one with a full size.

The living room is large and airy with plenty of comfy seating. We have a movie projector and Bluetooth speaker at your disposal. You can stream your Netflix via our Roku.

In the Library we have an awesome record player and a very large selection of LPs for you to enjoy.

Our dining room comfortably dines six but can seat 8!

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, blender, electric kettle, cutlery, dinnerware, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge and stove with oven.

We have one full bathroom. It's located in the open air patio next to kitchen. We also have a half bath on the roof terrace. During the rainy season you might get wet walking through the patio to access bathroom/kitchen.

We have two patios downstairs, one covered and the other open air.

We have ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. Our house is made of adobe and keeps cool during the hot days and warm on the cold days. We have additional oscillating fans and heaters available for use.


Small house broken dogs are allowed with an additional cleaning fee and Pet Deposit.

We do not have parking but there is plenty of free street parking.

Please note that this is a two story house. You will need to climb a spiral staircase to access the second floor and terrace.

We do not have laundry on site but there is a laundromat up the street that offers drop off service.

We do not charge a cleaning fee, therefore we ask that you please wash all dishes and take out all trash before depature.

We do not provide private parking but there is plenty of free street parking.

Pets are allowed with an additional fee, you must clean up after them.

Smoking is allowed only on the roof terrace.

We do not allow unauthorized guests or any over night guests that have not been added to the reservation. You will be charged additional fees/ or removed from the property if we find unauthorized overnight guests.

Neighborhood highlights

Analco is the oldest Colonia in Guadalajara. Located just minutes from bustling downtown. Our neighborhood is primarily a quiet and working class area with numerous old neo colonial houses. It also boasts two beautiful parks and two Mercados/Indoor Markets. We are just around the corner from one of the oldest churches in Guadalajara. There's no shortage of mini markets or street food vendors. Guests love our home because it is a relaxing get away from the chaotic city vibe.
