Location, location, location! This historical home is situated in an ultra-convenient area for anyone wanting to get around easily in Saint Paul or Minneapolis, especially if you don't have a vehicle. The house is a 2-3 block walk to the light rail, which effortlessly connects you to various locations throughout Saint Paul, MSP Airport, Mall of America (MOA), downtown Minneapolis and the U of M Campus. You are also within walking distance of numerous local shops and eateries.

The space
Built in 1912, this vintage craftsman home has had numerous updates while leaving much of the historic charm intact. The kitchen has been updated with a copper farmhouse-style sink, as well as new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

Furnishings and decor in the home have come primarily from local vendors who specialize in recycling/re-purposing antique furniture, and other unique items.

Each comfortable, tastefully decorated room in this home features a smart TV for additional convenience.

The bathroom in this unit is on the smaller side, but perfectly sufficient for showering and getting ready. If you are a makeup artist and need a large bathroom space to work with, this might not be the right fit for you. The room has a large mirror for getting ready as well.

During your stay
I do not live on-site but host several listings in the area so I am frequently in Saint Paul to check on the homes. I am reachable by phone if anything is needed, and have local contractors and cleaners should any needs arise during your stay. I also have a full time contractor and a cleaner who visits the house once every two weeks to make sure the common areas of the home stay clean.

This home is located in an ultra convenient, centrally-located area of Saint Paul. It is a 2-block walk to the light rail on University Avenue. University Avenue is a high traffic area, so there will be many people walking around because of the light rail and shopping. Please also note that this is a three bedroom home, so there will likely be a total of two other guests in the home during your stay. Because the unit is smaller, occupancy is limited to only one individual per bedroom to make sure there is plenty of access for guests to use the kitchen and bathroom.
