Easy day trips to Westhampton Beach (25mins), Southampton (35mins), and Montauk (1h 10mins). These times are based on normal traffic.

* No parties, ragers, or large gatherings are allowed. If you're looking for a party house, this isn’t the place. Please enjoy your stay responsibly and respect our quiet residential neighborhood.

*Our heated saltwater pool is typically open from April/May through October/November, depending on the weather.

Please always double check and ask about pool opening/closing dates if you're booking early April or October/November

*Off-season pool heating (April, May, September, October, November) is available for $50/day extra if requested.
