I needed a place to lay my head down for the night while I was visiting London for a full weekend event, and this fit the bill. I'm not too familiar with London and unfortunately I myself lost in the city at night trying to find the 134 bus stop that would of got me close to Gerry's house. Time was getting on and I was getting anxious, tired and exhausted, but after a phone call to Gerry she soon sent me off in the right direction. When I arrived, Gerry offered a lovely warm welcome at the door, followed by a nice hot cup of tea and a chat, which was very much appreciated. The 134 bus got me straight back to where I needed to be the next morning and I was early enough to grab a coffee and a bite to eat.
It was a pleasure to meet you, albeit very brief on a short one night stay and early morning departure.
Thank you for help and your kind hospitality.
I visited my daughter and stayed 4 nights à Gerry's place. Sorry to say the place is not tidy neither clean. When someone is paying you at least you should hoover the room and remove the dust. I felt very unconfortable and very cheated. I don't recommend this place.
Excellent helpful information and arrangements before my visit and a friendly welcome from Callum and Gerry. Small room fine for my one night stay to catch up with my son. Parking easy in a quiet road.
I had a great first airbnb experience at Geraldine's. She is very easy going and a welcoming host. Recommended!
The space was perfect for a quick one night visit to N London (went to a concert at Alexandra Palace). The room is small but homey, and I slept well (the neighborhood is quiet). Geraldine handed me a cup of tea as soon as I arrived and was very open and engaging: a perfect AirBnB host!
I have been very well welcome by Gerry who also provided me with some direction for when I arrived.
the description was totally accurate and no hidden surprise.
This was a very warm and friendly stay. I deffinitly recommend her an will think off it again if I need it again
Gerry is nice and very easygoing who gave me warm welcome and made me feel home . Definitely I recommend to stay if you don't rush in London for a visit .
About the Host, Geraldine
Love travelling, often with my 16 yr old son. Often we pack a tent, but in wintertime that's a less attractive option; we're always on a budget! Enjoy doing outdoor stuff, but cities are fun too.
