This fabulous room is now listed once again, following some building work and upgrading to windows and doors in the property. I am delighted to be able to welcome guests again along with my fiance
This is a single room with plenty of room for hanging and storing clothes. There is access to Wi-Fi and tea and coffee.
There is no off road parking but plenty in side road by house.
Spacious bathroom with bath and shower, also a seperate toilet. There is a rabbit in the house but does not go the room, this needs to be considered if you have any allergies.
We ask that as far as possible guests are arriving between 5 and 10pm. As we both work it can be hard to accommodate later guests.
The guest will have access to the shared bathroom and separate toilet. There is tea and coffee facilities in the room
Interaction with Guests
Guests are generally left to there own devices.
Within 10 minute walk in various directions you can easily access train, tram and bus routes to central Manchester and other areas
Eleanor and Ian were very acccomodating and I would happily recommend their room to anyone requiring a bed in the area.
Eleanor and Iain are kind and welcoming, the room is clean and the place is exactly as described. They also did their best to help me in a new city with all the necessary information and even more! Grazie Eleanor and Iain!
The room was nicer than advertised, and Eleanor was particularly accommodating during some difficulties with the booking process. Thanks for an efficient and comfortable stay and a considerate welcome to Salford!
Eleanor is a GREAT host. Made me very confortable and at home. It was only one night but it was a great stay. Thanks for you hospitality!!
Eleanor is a friendly hostess with a lovely and welcoming house. The room she offers is not so big but has everything you need, is impeccably clean and has a comfortable bed. The tram from the main train station stops nearby as does the bus to MediaCity. I would recommend it and would happily stay there again.
The room was as shown in pic, simple but clean and comfortable. Eleonor was friendly and welcoming and helpful in giving directions. The room is at back of house and was quiet at night even with window ajar.
Eleanor's room is absolutely as described--very cute. Her home is fairly conveniently located. Not in the city center, but located near bus, tram, and rail stops, and only about a 30 minute walk from the downtown area.
As a host, she's laid-back and polite. I was happy to stay there.
Originally from Hertordshire I moved to Salford in 2004 to train as a nurse. I am now working as a childrens nurse and throughly enjoy it.
In my spare time I do a lot of volunteer work within Guiding. I also enjoy climbing and reading.
