Whole house freshly painted top to bottom in a beautiful light grey. All new flooring upstairs. In a lovely quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and outdoor trails for biking, running, walking and golf carting. Close to airport and downtown within 30 mins.

Before each guests arrive, all door knobs, light switch, remotes and handles are sprayed with sanitizer. All bedding, including comforters are freshly washed for each bed.
