Picture yourself at its most central point, overlooking Sunset Plaza. Walk to the famous Chateau Marmont for a cool meal or Katana for Sushi. We are on the safe side of the Hollywood Hills with panoramic views of the city. This home is owned by a known producer and features giant roll down projection screen TV in living room. This enchanting and special remodeled home has entertained many of Hollywood’s A-List celebrities! Situated just above Sunset Boulevard, 1/2 mile from the Sunset Strip and Sunset Plaza, it boasts panoramic canyon and city views. This is truly a zen like retreat of the highest order! It is conveniently located to all Los Angeles attractions, most diverse restaurants, and world famous destinations.

This property is tucked into a canyon at the end of a private drive offering canyon breezes and spectacular views of Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. It is surrounded by Tropical foliage and palms. It has an open floor plan, which is perfect for gatherings. This 1958 Hal Levitt architectural style home offers privacy, luxury and comfort. It is centrally located to tourist attractions and is just minutes from unparalleled nightlife, dining, and shopping options.

Enter through the private driveway into your own personal paradise. Step into the Living room that features a wall of glass that opens onto the salt water pool area on one side and lushly landscaped black slate patio with palms, giant bird of paradise and other tropical plants on the other. The pool and spa is in the sunlight most of the day. The patio off the living room is like a lounge with two built in couches, built in BBQ, and storage areas that make outdoor entertaining a breeze. On the other side, is the pool, spa and awesome view. The inside and outside meld together to exemplify California living at it’s best and to accentuate the night sky and warm California evenings. This spacious home features a huge master bedroom with in-suite modern bathroom with heated floors and huge walk in closet.. Each bedroom can accommodate full sized real or air mattresses and each shower has rainfall shower heads and glass walls. The large living room with rock non working fireplace flows into the dining room and outdoor areas with beautiful hardwood floors flowing throughout. Each of the rooms features many windows and master floor to ceiling transom windows, which open to patios. Black granite countertops highlight the kitchen, with a mix of stainless steel European and high quality appliances. Simply relax and watch movies or sporting events from the 60” HD LCD flat screen television or 12 foot projection screen TV with HDMI cable for your computer.

All bedrooms have king, queen and full sized couch bed and futon (see bed detail), fast wifi, land telephone line for your use. Bring your own Ipod and link up your own music or use Blue tooth to connect that will play in every room in the house, and also around the Pool/Spa and patio areas.

Full amenities that include washer, dryer, full kitchen, all stainless steel appliances, hdmi cable for internet access, high speed WIFI, free long distance, and parking for four cars.

The bedrooms are large enough to accommodate an additional air mattress. Master bedroom has sofa bed and can accommodate addition one or two air mattresses. We can bring in beds to accommodate 14 people.

Guests may have access to all areas of the home and use all appliances provided except sections of closets and garage for owners storage. Fully stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, sea salt, pepper, various spices, paper kitchen towels, toilet paper. bathroom towels, shampoo, hand soap, blow dryer and beach towels.

Interaction with guests at check in and as periodic maintenance requires.

I love the neighborhood because of it's close proximity to everything that is fun in LA! I have described the neighborhood in detail in the description page. This is a very safe location, secluded and quiet.

The Metro bus and underground train is within five minutes. Uber and Flywheel are great forms of transportation too. I can arrange limos, entrance to clubs and any other services you may require.

II you are planning party above 14 people, there will be additional charge of $600 per party plus $100 additional cleaning fee plus $100 security guard fee (our choice). No smoking in house and cigarette butts to be disposed of properly.

This walkable, 1.9-square mile West Hollywood town is brimming with activity and opportunity. Melrose Avenue is a diverse neighborhood that offers a glimpse into L.A.'s fashion and underground culture. Cutting edge clothing trends are born and bred here and multi-ethnic restaurants and shops fuel the creative pulse of the city. From Marc Jacobs, Miu Miu, Fred Segal and Maxfield on the west end to Red Balls, Atomic Garage and Wasteland to the east, walk these funky blocks for a visit to yet another side of our multi-faceted city. From an intimate, quiet getaway to a late night of club-hopping, West Hollywood boasts the ultimate in all aspects. In 5 minutes, you can be at the The Hollywood Bowl, Kodak Theatre, Pantages Theatre, Disney’s El Capitan Theatre, House of Blues, historic Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Wax Museum, and Mann’s aka Grauman’s Chinese Theatre which is home to the historic Hollywood forecourt - featuring handprints of iconic celebrities, major movie premieres, local street artists and events. The house is just minutes away the Mondrian Hotel, as well as famous spots like The House of Blues, The Roxy, The Whiskey, The Comedy Store, Saddle Ranch, The Rainbow, The Key Club, BOA Steakhouse, Riverbella, The Sky bar, DRAGO, BLT and many more.
Shopping at the'Grove', features restaurants with dancing fountains, art pieces, live music, a tram and a multiplex movie theater, all built in european architectural style. Other spots are Beverly Center and Beverly Connection with its great outlets. Ten minutes gets you to Runyon Canyon and Griffith Park with it’s famous Hollywood Sign and popular for it’s hiking trails. Beverly Hills, offering Rodeo Drive shopping, five star dining, and celebrity sightings is just ten minutes away too.

Universal Studios and the family friendly Universal City Walk is only 20 minutes away. There are some provisions in my lease that may seem "strict" however we have had to include because a small number of previous guests have misrepresented their intentions which has resulted in property damage. If you read my recommendations, you will find I am completely reasonable when returning security deposits.

While I have rarely had to invoke such clauses, the lease and conditions of rental include the following penalty provisions:

- Should neighbors contact homeowner, homeowner’s agent or law enforcement to complain about excessive noise, or should the guest or any of his or her guests go onto the neighbor's roof, an additional $400 will be deducted from security deposit.

- If the house is left in a condition that indicates that an unauthorized party took place, then a $1,000 party fee will be charged.

- No tampons are to be placed in any of the toilets and shall be disposed of in the trash cans provided. In the event that the toilets become clogged by tampons, the cost of removing the blockage will be charged to the security deposit.

In the event that the rental contract is not signed, booking of the property through this website will constitute acceptance of these terms.

There are no neighbors except for one that is in very close proximity. We are very considerate of neighbor and very strict with rules. 11:00 PM outside speakers must be turned off and voices lowered so that neighbor is not disturbed. Please treat this home with the respect it deserves. We have gone to extremes to make it comfortable for you and expect the same courtesy in its care in return. There is an additional $50 charge for pets. Thank you.

Michelle is the Best host possible and very friendly that gave us a wonderful stay and overall experience in LA! The house has the best view possible and is more comfortable than five-star hotels but less pricy than those luxurious hotels in LA.

Michelle was such a warm and welcoming host! She was very responsive and attentive and even made sure we had the right TV channel to watch our alma mater in the Final Four. The house is absolutely beautiful and very well located- -and that VIEW! I would highly recommend staying in this house- it is clean, modern, spacious, and overall pretty much perfect.

Had an amazing staycation here! Michelle was an incredibly warm, easy-going and accommodating host. She met me at the house for a thorough walk-through and to answer any/all questions. The house has an awesome open floor plan, kitchen fit for any cook (and I cook at home a lot!) and lovely pool area that's truly spectacular when the sun goes down. That and the hot tub are the perfect places to chill out all day into night.
