Set amongst the trees on Glen Lake, this lakeside family cabin is the perfect getaway destination any time of the year wether it be for summer time swimming and full moon kayaking or winter time ice fishing, ice skating, or skiing. The view over the lake is always spectacular! This charming home features all wood floors, granite countertops and cherry wood cabinets with updated kitchen appliances.

The space
There are two bedrooms, however, the tv area can be curtained off for privacy and has a fold-out futon as does the upstairs living area, which has a french divider. We have a canoe, kayak, and bikes for you to use as well as some fun floatation devices to play with in the lake. We have a dock that gets pulled out of the water in the wintertime. There is a paved driveway leading down to the lake that we share with our neighbors. We also have stairs leading down to the lake that you can use at your own risk. This is a family vacation home so, while it is not a permanent residence, you might notice some family photos or a few personal items around the house.

We're close to Lake George, Saratoga Springs, and several ski resorts. Set in the Adirondack Mountain Range, there is plenty of hiking to be done. There are also cycling trails, both paved and off-road. The Glen Drive In Theatre is definitely worth the visit! Regardless of the weather, I'd advise getting an ice cream from our local spot, Martha's. In August we have the famous Saratoga Horse Races and in September we have the hot air balloon festival.
