We had such a great time at Pat's! My girlfriend and I took a day trip to Olympia and Pat took us in on super short notice. She got back to us promptly and was easy to contact. The property is AWESOME and the rooms are super cute and very clean. Pat had to work but came home and cleaned the room for us, she even woke up and made us THE BEST SCONES I've EVER had on Tuesday morning as well as an awesome breakfast. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying with Pat. She was friendly and accessible but not obtrusive in any way. The rooms are all upstairs and she is downstairs so it offers a good amount of privacy as well as a bathroom that is just for guests. Thanks Pat, we will see you again soon!
Pat Hains greeted us the first night with milk and fresh cookies. We picked our rooms taking all three rooms upstairs. Mine was warm and cozy room three. There were down pillows and bed covers which I previously thought I was allergic to. The duvet comforter was from Germany and I had no allergic reaction! Mornings we had a great breakfast buffet at 8:00 am. My nephew, age 4, enjoyed feeding chickens collecting eggs, watching cows, horses and llamas at a distance. we spent the days with relatives. Wednesday, Pat Hains taught us how to make bread and pies for Thanksgiving. Our key lime and blueberry pies made us popular! A good time was had by all. Thanks, Pat! Cheers, Laurie
We will definitely be back. Pat is Miss Hospitality. We walked in - late, hungry and the first words out of Pat's mouth were - you like pizza? We were charmed by Pat, the room and the farm. The food was amazing. I felt like family and that we had made a friend for life. I do not hesitate to recommend Pat and the Artisan Bread Farm. Susan
If you want the BEST Airbnb experience in the world, stay with Pat!!! You will find a quiet, clean and warm experience with her. She is an EXCELLENT cook and the breakfast is to die for! If you don't go here you will be making the mistake of a lifetime!!!
My wife and I definitely had one of the most enjoyable one stay in our lives. Pat was quite friendly since we arrived late night when she was cooking a wild blackberry pie. We were attentive for all single detail and everything was perfect: the amazing and meaningful king size raw wood bed, the small bottle of water). Added to this very good fisrt impression, we had a delicious breakfast which included that blackberry she did the night before and lots of different dish that she cooked by her hands. I will certainly will try to do the omelet that she did. I've never seen an omelet like that before. The big difference is that she's really passionate about cooking. Now, my wife and I are strongly thinking to come back to stay few days in order to have bread cooking class with Pat. Hope we will be able to go there. Pat's is a really lovely person. We also hope to see her in Brazil one day :). Thank you so much, Pat!!!
Loved the farm house. We were only there for 1 night but had a good rest ~ the bed was very comfortable. Pat is a delight!
We loved staying with Pat at the Artisan Bread Farm and will definitely be back in the future! We arrived late but Pat was waiting up for us and got us settled quickly. She was also up at sunrise organizing breakfast for us and the other guests. The breakfast was so delicious, I recommend staying with Pat for the amazing breafast alone! Thanks Pat!
Pat's place was awesome! She was easy to correspond with & very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was fabulous! A berry scone with orange icing that is probably the best thing I've ever eaten!
Fresh towels, easy communal bathroom, private room with a sitting area, television, etc... excellent set up.
Very close to the highway exit, so getting into Olympia is a cinch. :)
We had a great experience. Pat is wonderful, easy to talk with, and so welcoming! The place was clean and fresh, very homey, and quiet. The mattress was perfect. We both slept very well. And oh, the scones! Amazing! Can't go wrong here!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Daughters Amy and Sally took excellent care of us in the social and food departments.. We were honored with a 50th wedding anniversary party including delicious salmon dinner, wine and fifteen guests. Look forward to returning.
Thank you, Pat.
