  • The room was lovely, the property beautiful, the host kind and great to chat with and the food.... we were fed a breakfast that could have been broken into several courses and every bite was delicious.

    A++++ would stay again!

  • My niece Anna and I had a wonderful experience at Pat's. The large and very clean bedroom and bathroom offers a good amount of privacy. Her amazing breakfast (!) leaves nothing at all to be desired. And even in the evening we had the chance to enjoy her cooking skills together with a good conversation. With Pat we met a warm, intelligent, humorous and generous host.

  • Staying with Pat was incredible! We arrived at the Hains House Friday of the long Memorial Weekend to a very comfortable room overlooking the farm and beautiful red barn. Pat was extremely accommodating and let us have the entire upstairs to ourselves. We took a nice stroll around the peaceful neighborhood past the horses, cows, and llamas. Pat cooked us the best homemade breakfast the next morning- fresh fruit, baked bread (the scones were mouth-watering!), potatoes, eggs from her chickens, yogurt, and much more I can't recall. Her home is cutely decorated (we didn't want to take the mugs off her cupboards because they were so nicely displayed.) To top it all off, she sent us off with a huge bag of scones, bread, and cheese for the road. We snacked on it throughout the weekend :) Thank you Pat for the wonderful experience- we'll be back for bread-making class!

  • We had such a great time at Pat's! My girlfriend and I took a day trip to Olympia and Pat took us in on super short notice. She got back to us promptly and was easy to contact. The property is AWESOME and the rooms are super cute and very clean. Pat had to work but came home and cleaned the room for us, she even woke up and made us THE BEST SCONES I've EVER had on Tuesday morning as well as an awesome breakfast. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying with Pat. She was friendly and accessible but not obtrusive in any way. The rooms are all upstairs and she is downstairs so it offers a good amount of privacy as well as a bathroom that is just for guests. Thanks Pat, we will see you again soon!

  • We had a wonderful experience at Pat's. The beds were comfy, bathroom clean, and the farm house had beautiful views. The host was friendly and had good communication. We really appreciated the B&B loft with some privacy apart from the family living area. The best part was the awesome breakfast Pat prepared for us. She is a fantastic cook, and spoiled us with a full breakfast of farm eggs, blackberry cobbler, scones, cinnamon rolls and more. Even packaged up some for the road! Highly recommend you stop by Pat's house!

  • This was our second stay at Pat's house, and she did not disappoint! On Saturday night, we participated in a pizza-making lesson and had the opportunity to meet some new people and make our own adorable little pizzas. In the morning, we were treated to a wonderful breakfast prepared by our hostess. You can be sure that we will be back many more times in the future!

  • Pat has over 100 reviews listed here already. I haven't had a chance to read them all, but I have no doubt every single one is positive and rates her and her incredible hospitality with 5 stars -- just as I do :-) I don't want to put a spoiler alert on your stay here, except to say go in with a weary head (to lay yourself down on the best beds EVER) and an overly EMPTY stomach (you'll need that for all the goodness Pat will offer you)... and you will not, I repeat NOT, be disappointed for a second. But the beds and food aside, Pat is one of the coolest women I've ever met -- I felt instantly welcome and at home (a part of her family really) the second I arrived on her front doorstep. She's got a wicked sense of humour, gives amazing hugs, and will regale you with stories to keep you up late at night -- I loved hearing every one of them. Oh Pat, if we could have stayed for the entire week, believe me we would!! Two nights was hardly enough time to spend with amazing, wonderful you in your awesome home :-) Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

  • Where do I begin?!? First of all, Pat is very accommodating. My husband and I came to stay the night after our wedding, and she was so kind! She let us choose what time we'd like breakfast! Fortunately, we were the only guest that night. Our breakfast was FRESH and HOMEMADE! Mmmm. The scones are to die for, and she topped them with fresh strawberries and fresh whipped cream. Heaven. There was so much delicious food, and fresh coffee, my new husband and I went home happy and full. Did I mention that Pat is wonderful? She is very kind and warm, and we can't wait to come stay at her beautiful Farm House again!
