This private micro home features a queen bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, and cozy living space. Enjoy a shared pool and hot tub, explore nature trails, play disc golf, and meet goats, chickens, emus, and roaming deer. Peaceful, private, and perfect for a relaxing Hill Country getaway near the city.

The space
Welcome to The Nook (Unit D), a thoughtfully designed tiny home retreat nestled in the Texas Hill Country. Step inside and immediately feel the calm, fresh air, and slower pace of country living.

This private micro home offers its own reserved parking, separate entrance, and self check-in with a personalized access code. The unit is detached from other guest spaces on the property, and guests also enjoy access to a PRIVATE hot tub.

The sleeping area is lofted at the peak of the ceiling and accessed by a narrow ladder. Guests must be comfortable climbing up and down to reach the bed. It’s a unique and memorable part of the tiny home experience.

While the home is compact at 121 sq ft, the space is intentionally designed and very comfortable for two guests. We take cleanliness seriously and thoroughly clean and sterilize the unit between every stay so you can relax with peace of mind.

This is a working family property, and you may see family members or wildlife around the land. We respect your privacy and only interact if you’d like. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee to ensure proper sanitation for all guests.

Guest access
You’ll have full, private access to the tiny home, along with dedicated guest parking for your convenience. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared pool at their own risk, use the shared outdoor charcoal grill (charcoal is available at the nearby corner store), or simply relax and explore the property’s scenic walking trails.

Be sure to say hello to our chickens and friendly emu during your stay. You’re welcome to enjoy fresh eggs, just please take only what you need. Our chickens are part of the family, not dinner, and egg supply can be limited at times.

Septic System
We are on a septic system, so please limit toilet paper use and do not flush anything other than human waste. Thank you for helping us keep the system running smoothly.

Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly property. A pet cleaning fee applies per reservation, with a one-pet maximum. For everyone’s safety and comfort, pets must be kept on a leash at all times outdoors and are not permitted in the pool. Thank you for understanding.

Occupancy & Suitability
This tiny home is not suitable for children. The space is very cozy and features a loft bed accessed by a ladder, which may be unsafe for kids. Maximum occupancy is two guests. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.

Animals on the Property
Our goats are sometimes free-ranging and may wander nearby. They are very friendly and often get along well with dogs and cats. If you prefer they remain penned or are traveling with small animals, just let us know and we’re happy to accommodate. Please be careful with the goats as they are still livestock and not domesticated animals. You may also see our ranch hand and friendly ranch dog while they care for the animals on the property.

Exactly in the middle of Austin and Dripping Springs we are a perfect balance. Drive 15 mins to get to amazing hill country with wineries, distilleries, coffee shops and unbelievable countryside. Drive 15 mins downtown and you can get crazy on 6th street, wait in line for Franklin BBQ or tour the capitol. We are just 10 mins north of the Salt Lick, there are local restaurants everywhere and its easy to and from airport (never any traffic).
