House Rules

You will have everything you need in terms kitchen/cooking accessories, bedding, towels etc. This is my home so I'd hope your respect the space and leave it in a clean/tidy state when you leave.

I get on with my neighbours who work unsociable hours and try to keep the noise down as much as possible. I'd appreciate if you would do the same.

Other than that make yourself at home and help yourself to condiments and cleaning products!

Chris' kitchen / fridge is well-stocked, I loved sitting out on the balcony - and loved the cleanliness of the apartment and bathroom. I loved how near it was to the Bermondsey station, plus there was a direct bus to Victoria. Easy access to supermarkets, and well-located in a quiet neighbourhood - yet it has its stand-outs. Tip: Check out Bone Daddies at Bermondsey on the weekends. Every Friday night, Saturday and Sunday - their production and development kitchen is open. (URL HIDDEN)

Chris's flat was the perfect place to stay while in London. It was very close to the Bermondsey Tube stop and was very easy to find. Chris was in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed and was making sure we understood how to access the apartment. His flat was secure and very clean. It was perfect for a weekend in London. There were even helpful guides and guide books set out for us. Check out process was very easy. Would definitely recommend this to a friend and would definitely stay there again!

Chris was a great host. We spent four wonderful days in his apartment. It was a perfect location, and the tube was only 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely Flat very centrally located, very close to transportation. Depending on your length of stay from here utilizing the tube and bus were very easy to navigate around the city. We stuck to zones 1&2 with an oyster card loaded with a 7 day travel pass. With the above combo we managed travel to the O2 arena Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Abbey Road, Borroughs Market, Covent Garden, etc.. Easy 10-15 minute walk from the Flat to the Tower Bridge and surrounding area.

I'm a 33 year old professional living in Central London. I've been here for nearly 8 years now and love what the city has to offer.

Well traveled, I enjoy seeing the sights as much as meeting the people and over-indulging in the local food. To date my all time favorite destination remains Buenos Aires, closely followed by Cadiz where i used to live.

As suggested by the website - 5 things I can't live without are: family, sunshine, a good laugh, cheese and a drop of wine!

I bought my flat just over a year ago and am very much enjoying making it my own one bit at a time so I understand what you expect of a house-guest. I can't stand mess and am a bit of a clean-freak so fear not, should i to stay at yours it would be as you left it.

Anyway, enough rambling. I'm human, friendly and respectful of others. If you have any questions get in touch.

All the best!
