Boggy Sand Beach is the last part of Seven Mile Beach with private residences. You will find multimilion-dollar mansions next to 100-year-old homes, and that is what gives Boggy Sand Road its unique feel. The Kittiwake Shipwreck is a 7 Min paddle from shore. Cayman Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery is a 5-minute drive away. Cemetery Beach and Reef is right next to Boggy Sand Beach. Barker's Nature reserve is 5 minutes away by car and great for kitesurfing and horseback riding. Many fantastic local restaurants. Foster's Supermarket, BAYSIDE Restaurant and Jacques Scott Liquor Store are a 2 minute walk from the condo. We are less than a 10-minute drive from Camana Bay with shops, cinema, lots of restaurants, and free evening entertainment over weekends. Morgan's Harbour and its great restaurants are 5 minutes away by car.
