Located in downtown Lexington, NC. The Lofts on Main newly renovated apartments that are conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and bars. We are in the triad area which is 30 minutes from Winston Salem, Greensboro, Salisbury and High Point. Other attractions close by are the NC Zoo, Childress Vineyards, High Point University, and the High Point Furniture Market. You are also located in the BBQ capital of the Southeast. Home of the Lexington BBQ Festival.

The loft apartment is a one bedroom studio apartment. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the living area has a sofa sleeper. It has one bath, kitchen area with island / bar top. The kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.

Todd and Cherie recently decided to start into the real estate after running a local family business for over 20 years. We bought this property 2 years ago, while it was in serious condition. we decided to completely renovate the property and bring people back to Lexington as we are currently watching the city grow. After many years of vacant buildings and quiet streets the city is coming alive with lots of activities hosted by the Uptown Chamber of Commerce. These are the first of the apartments located in downtown Lexington for rent.
