Private bedroom in nice apartment on a quiet residential street in Logan Square. Easy access to train, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife in the area.
*Great price, great neighborhood, close to subway/train, free transit map and snacks!*
Hi there, I live with my boyfriend, a cat and a quiet rat terrier dog on a residential street in the super-cool neighborhood of Logan Square, just off the 24-hour blue line train from O’Hare Airport, with free street parking. There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and bars within walking distance. It’s a 5-minute train ride into Wicker Park and 20 minutes to downtown.
We live in a nice first-floor apartment with hardwood floors. You will be staying in the guest bedroom, which has a comfortable bed with plenty of room.
This really is one of the best AirBnb deals in Chicago, considering the awesome neighborhood, private room, and affordable price. In addition to the room, we provide clean towels, free wifi, free snacks, bagels and juice for breakfast, a copy of the latest Chicago Reader, and a free transit map showing all of the bus and train routes in the city.
It’s a small building (just 4 apartments) with coin laundry available in the basement. You have full access to the rest of the apartment and may come and go as you please. Check-in and check-out times are flexible.
We love hosting people and we’re looking forward to hearing from you!
Logan Square is voted Best Neighborhood in Chicago every year in the Chicago Reader poll. It has lots of restaurants and bars on the main streets, with quiet residential streets in between.
The nearby train runs 24/7. Within two blocks of the house, you can find several buses that will take you most anywhere in the city.
No indoor smoking.

Scott was very friendly upon meeting. Very chill and kind and super flexible in terms of my check-in time. Very easy-going! The place is as described and is a very cute little apartment! Very spacious room with a desk which was nice. The dog, Benjie, was super cute! So friendly and quiet. There were snacks and the bathroom was also very very clean! Scott provided suggestions of places to eat and was very helpful when I asked questions. I love this neighborhood and parking was super easy to find. Also, very walkable to delicious restaurants and the Blue Line. I loved this AirBnB and would stay here again. Thank you Scott!
This was my first Air BnB experience. Everything was good from the location to the hosts.
Wonderful, I really fall in love with the neighborhood : Logan square and the apartment. They give you good tips for learn the place. Nice thank with Scott and Felipe. The rooma was great, I sleep so well

I had a great time staying with Scott and Fillip, they both have a really warm demeanor. I only stayed 2 nights but they made me feel like we had been friends for ages. They're very welcoming and seemed really chill when I stayed up late to watch TV when I couldn't fall asleep!
The room was comfortable, the area is nice, and the best part was being greeted by a little puppy called Benji whenever I walked in the door. I have no hesitation recommending this listing.
Scott was very welcoming, and I enjoyed my stay here. The description was accurate. The room was plenty of space for one person, and both my boyfriend and I were able to stay comfortably. His dog and cat were both very friendly as well! The newspaper, subway map, and bagels were all put to good use. The location was good; plenty of great restaurants nearby, and very close to the blue line. Pleasant stay!
Fun, friendly freelance writer who enjoys traveling throughout the U.S. and blogging on (website hidden). I'm easy to get along with and don't require much in the way of accommodations except a place to rest my head. I try to "move beyond my comfort zone" and experience as much as possible in the place I'm visiting.
I just moved into a nice place in Chicago and look forward to hosting people here! Friendly, open-minded, respectful visitors are encouraged.
