Looking for an affordable mountain getaway to do a little fishing, relaxing, or just need a break from your hectic everyday life?  Want something comfortable and unique!?

This Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and is our current exciting save project. I love saving and restoring older places! Enjoy this great place at great prices and see its transformation as we go :)

The space
Feel free to ask me any questions!

The Cottage is an open loft home with steps going up from the living area to the two open loft bedrooms (no doors). These are open rooms looking down to living area and kitchen.
There is a full bathroom between them. There is a deck, hot tub and park side charcoal grill.  The fire pit is located right on the bank of the creek, which is the perfect setting for a nice campfire in the evenings.  Inside, The Cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, flatscreen tv with satellite service, and gas log stove.  The two bedrooms each are equipped with queen sized beds and the bath offers a tub/shower combo.
We may be restoring this cottage but it doesn't take away from the comfort or the hospitality you will receive while staying :)

This cottage is side by side to our A-frame cabin. They face opposite directions so they each have there own privacy around the creek and hot tub.

The community is located just a few miles outside of downtown Bryson City, where you can take a ride on the Great Smoky Mountain railroad, enjoy the many delicious restaurants, or shop at the various boutique shops.  Located within a 10 minute drive is Fontana Lake and the Deep Creek Community, where you will find hiking trails with waterfalls, fishing, swimming, tubing, and horseback riding.  The Cherokee Indian Reservation, Harrah's Cherokee Casino,Sequoyah National Golf Course, and entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park are just a 15 minute drive away.  If you're looking for heart pounding outdoor adventures, take a 20 minute drive to the Nanatahala River Gorge where you will find many opportunites to go whitewater rafting, kayaking, hiking, fishing, zip lining, and horseback riding.

Guest access
guests have personal access to the cottage, hot tub, firepit and grill.
there is a shared community laundry room on property.

Other things to note
guests should know these are open lofts rooms. feel free to ask any questions!

-there is a one time $40 pet fee for up to 2 dogs per stay.

- the flooring inside is not level throughout. As it does give some character from being a built home from the 60's. it is also one of our projects. please be patient with us :) but enjoy the location, the cuteness and history of the cottage, the hospitality, comfort and great prices!

"We are all one race - human. A kaleidoscope of reflections of each other, all uniquely beautiful. Our diversity is a testament to how far we've come as a whole. It is to be celebrated, honored, & admired" My husband Tyler and I go back and forth between Bryson City and Chattanooga with our 5 daughters ages 3, 8 , 11 and twin baby girls. I am from Largo, Florida and try to go wherever the sun is shining! We love unique rentals, staying in them or renting them out ourselves! I personally love restored, vintage and unique spaces. Bringing homes back to life <3 We have Older homes by the creek starting from the 1920's, a 1965 vintage camper, 1970's caboose, 5 Tiny homes and a couple modern homes as well. Our Family also loves animals! We have 2 dogs and 2 very unique krazy cats. We also rent goats at times to help with the lawn :)
